"and the idea of pornography and child molestation" that is two different things pornography is not about molesting children it is about consenting adults! and child molestation has never been a protected thing except under certain religious doctrines, you need to check your facts! pornography is not allowed in the town square at all, get your facts right, even adult book stores have a problem staying going because people don't want them up, so they are not protected although some adults want them they are censored by the masses where they may be in one state they will not be in another, and they should be given protected "expressions" for adults that want them, You say "while reading the Bible in a town square is not.."" Lying must be! No one has ever asked me to stop reading a bible or praying no matter where I have done that at, no one has ever asked anyone to stop doing that around me, and no one has ever went to jail for forcing it on me or anyone else! So you need to get your facts straight! Case precedents make sure that cases are fair, if we don't want certain laws then they should not be made in the first place, the Supreme court looks at and often throws out unfair laws, they don't make them, the legislators do.
