  1. Baggage baggage!! dude Drop the baggage aND move on. Its hard er to do than say I know. But as you get older its more likely this crud will drive you up the wall and life is too short to be unhappy. Dont worry be happy cheers.
  2. If emotional trauma occurs in a person, occasionally the mind will nullify, alter, or even hide the occasion all together. This is the mind's way of protecting the affected person. It comes back later, once the person is in a better place, either mentally, cognitively, or emotionally, to deal with the issue. *Disclaimer* I do not take responsibility for any advice given through this account. 3. I think, because the past is connected with the present. We are shattered by a stuff whenever we become aware of the reality of it and it has nothing to do with the memory lane.
  4. Usually people don't realize their actions until it's too late and my guess is that you are realizing your actions now. Hopefully, whatever the "stuff" is, you can make amends so that it won't affect future relationships. Good luck and hopefully you'll find the peace you are seeking. Otherwise, detour from memory lane and take the road less travelled.
