What are your memories of the Ramblin’ Raft Race in Atlanta?

1. I remember it seemed to rain every year. There were lot's of people drinking and doing crazy stuff. People would build crazy rafts and it was one big party. I was just a kid but I remember walking alot and being in a dingy yellow raft.
