How do you arrange photo albums on the iPhone?

I know you have to go onto your iTunes account on your computer, but what from there? I have around 200 photos and I want to make several albums with different names.

1. You cannot. You'll have to do it on the computer. The Photos application can only send and delete (deleting from camera that is and not photos album from computer).
