How can I transfer data from an old CareScreen to a new CareScreen?

Have you received a replacement or new CareScreen, and do you want to put the old data back on the CareScreen? Then follow the next steps:

First, go through the installation process on the CareScreen until the QR code is shown.
Go to the Memory Lane app on the phone of the previous CareScreen administrator.
Go to “Change Memory Lane“.
Make sure current Memory Lane is selected at the top of the app on the right account, then click “Scan“.
Scan the QR code on the CareScreen (see step 1).
The pop-up will ask if you want to activate Memory Lane. click on “Yes“.

The screen will now be activated and the data of the previous CareScreen will be on the new CareScreen.
